Lord Byron's Legacy
In 1937, Byron Nelson arrived at Reading Country Club as the new head golf professional, having just won his first Masters championship on April 4. His final round 70 propelled him to a two-stroke victory over Ralph Guldahl. Nelson told friends he used the $1,500 winners' check to buy merchandise for the RCC golf shop.
In that spirit, we are proud to continue the tradition of Byron Nelson's Golf Shop by offering the best in golf clubs, balls, apparel and accessories. Our prices are competitive with the big-box and on-line retailers.
